SHE & HE LEADS
Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders
SHE and HE leads is Lush’s signature youth program, dedicated to empowering girls and boys from ages 2 to 18. This forward-thinking initiative is crafted to give young girls and boys a head start in financial literacy, wealth-building, and vital life skills. More than just a program, it’s a launchpad for leadership—equipping young girls to confidently shape their own paths and take ownership of their futures from an early age. Under the Lush leadership, Lush is not only inspiring change but nurturing the next generation of bold, capable, and financially savvy young women and men.
Learn & Play
Building Young Minds Through Joyful Learning
Our Learn and Play program offers a fun, safe, and educational environment for young children to grow, explore, and thrive. Designed for kids ages 3–6, this program combines early learning activities with hands-on play to support cognitive, social, and emotional development. Through storytelling, music, art, and interactive games, children build foundational skills while developing confidence, curiosity, and friendships. Led by caring educators and volunteers, Learn and Play is a joyful first step in every child’s journey toward lifelong learning.
